Added algoVersion parameter for eTAUs to L1Menu

This MR adds the algoVersion parameter for eTAUs to the L1Menu json file (ATR-28727). It also updates the configuration in TriggerMenuMT/python/L1/Config/TypeWideThresholdConfig.py for eTAUs, to dynamically switch between loading the BDT and RCore thresholds to RCore field in the L1Menu file.
