Add detailed SCT LA histograms

This MR is to update the track selection for SCt LA histograms to make it fully consistent with previously published papers, and add several histograms for the purpose of better monitoring of Lorentz angle evolution of the SCT. This is based on another MR (!68562 (closed)), but now we would like to set main as the target branch.
