RpcGeoModelR4 - Use the stripLayer frame as reference to express the RE

• Take the stripLayer as reference plane to calculate the sizes of the active area -> project the plane to the center of the gasGap. Almost perfect agreement for the positive spectrometer side.
• Update the naming of the WRPC table
