B-physics trigger: add bDimu2700 trigger chains needed for B_d0 to mu+ mu- K_S0 decay (ATR-28779)

  • use V0Tools to calculate Lxy and LxyError of the dimuon candidate wrt BeamSpot inside TrigMultiTrkComboHypo
  • add Lxy/LxyError selection cut to TrigMultiTrkComboHypoTool
  • add several 2mu4, mu6_mu4, 2mu6 chains with bDimu2700 topo to Dev_pp_run3_v1 menu
