Remove InDetAlignExample

As title.

• This package has not been updated in some time, so is presumably not in use (a least from this location)
• It relies on InDetRecExample in many places, and so will anyway largely no longer work once this is removed in !68501 (merged)
• It contains many files which anyway should not be part of the Athena repository (data, outdated run settings, shell scripts simply for launching jobs, etc)
