ATR-28795 b-jet menu cleanup
The JIRA in the title lists all the chains that are moved from Physics to MC. Short summary:
- Deprecate the DL1d tagger
- Remove the old jet pt thresholds from before last years new jet calibration
- Remove the tighter WP backups from the preselection
