PowhegControl: updating ggF HH process (authors' bugfix) and adding ggF HH SMEFT process - AGENE-2239

This MR modifies the PowhegControl interface to the ggF HH process to take into account a bugfix from the authors. It also adds the interface to the new ggF HH SMEFT process by the same authors.

Both have been tested, and will be available once the processes are added in the next POWHEG-OTF version on cvmfs.
