Updating simulation step for CaloSamplingFractionAnalysis from legacy to CA based configuration

Updating the simulation part of the CaloSamplingFractionAnalysis from legacy to CA configuration in the README.md as well as in the bash script. The output ROOT files of both methods were compared and can be considered as identical.
