Reverting back to MT for muon and ttbar ITk FTF trigger tests

As title describes, this MR now increases the number of threads and slots (and events) for the trigger ART tests for running FTF on a ttbar + 200 PU dataset and single 100 GeV muon dataset. This was previously switched to threads=slots=1 as there was a data race (ATR-28749) when running multithreaded. This should now be fixed.
