ATR-28783: Cleanup after legacy removal on release 24.0

1. Moving following HLT chain from MC to Physics_pp_run3_v1
2. ChainProp(name='HLT_mu6_j100_0eta290_020jvt_boffperf_pf_ftf_dRAB04_L1MU5VF_J40', l1SeedThresholds=['MU5VF','FSNOSEED'], groups=SupportLegGroup+MuonBjetGroup, monGroups=['bJetMon:t0','muonMon:online','bJetMon:online'], stream=[PhysicsStream,'express']), Change L1_MU5VF_jJ90 to L1_MU5VF_jJ80 in all L1 and HLT occurences
3. Move L1_6J15 to MC and replace it with L1_6jJ40
4.
