Arg parsing for TrigInDetValidation_AODtoTrkNtuple_CA.py, TIDA Chains, 2D Eff

Fix file input parsing for TrigInDetValidation_AODtoTrkNtuple_CA.py if there is a list of files and add some more example commands.

Add 2023 PhaseI L1 lrt idperf electron chains, and cleanup a couple lines.

Fill denominator of 2D efficiency histos.

@sutt I think this fixes the last issue I've seen. So now it works for grid jobs and locally with a default AOD filename. I've also added some example commands that might be useful starting points.
