minor fix for fCore variable definition in DiTau reconstruction

this MR will improve the definition of fCore variable in DiTau reconstruction, assigning value -999 (default) if no cells are found within the entire subjet. Previously the default value was assigned if no cells were found withing the core region of the subjet
