DCS Calculator infrastructure updates

Fixes to allow DCS Calculator to run with sqlalchemy 2.0 / Alma 19. Execution scripts updated to the latest ones actually being used. A few deprecated systems removed. Tests updated to reflect new detector systems in Run 3.
