xAODCore: Extend AuxContainerBase to keep track of a memory_resource.

Allow passing a default std::pmr::memory_resource to the AuxContainerBase constructors, and add a accessor method for retrieving it.

Build area was cleaned as per request posted in the DB. The full software build will be performed
