Update DAOD CI tests

Update DAOD CI tests:

• add AF3 test (Run 3 only for now)
• add a train test (Run 3 data only)

This is going to 24.0 to keep test infrastructure in sync.

Note that I had to force FullSim for egamma in AF3 PHYSLITE so explicitly tagging @emmat.

Tagging also @egramsta so AF3 override is not forgotten once the recommendations become available.
