TRT - Remove share scripts and using GlobalChi2Fitter

This merge request is meant to remove the share folder in the TRT_CalibAlgs pkg as discussed in ATLASRECTS-7867.

It also replaces the TrackFitter property in order to use the Trk::GlobalChi2Fitter/InDetTrackFitter instead of Trk::KalmanFitter/TrkKalmanFitter
