NVSI update

Vadim Kostyukhin requested to merge (removed):NVSI_vertex_ordering into main
  1. Add decorations for distances to jets+SV1 and nTracks for found SVs
  2. Introduce vertex ordering based on probability to be a real vertex, not fake
  3. Correct errors in the treatment of 1-track vertices
