TriggerTest: update HI test

Hello,

As discussed in ATR-28920, this test is no longer running in the CI. Consequently, the trigger counts reference is no longer kept up-to-date, and the ART test complains that counts are not matching. For now, I have dropped the requirement that trigger counts should match those of the reference. When we'll start preparing for HI data taking again, we should enforce it again, and also put back this test in the CI.
