GeoModelXMLTool - Introduce deduplication flags

In version 5.3 of GeoModel,

the GmxUtil got the functionallity to toggle whether shape, logVol, transform or even complete full physVol deduplication shall be performed. This MR exposes them as tool properties of the GeoModelXmlTool.
