Simplify MUON1 selections

Volker Andreas Austrup requested to merge vaustrup/athena:main-DAOD_MUON1_relaxed-selection into main
  • merge JPsiCalib with JPsiTP since there is a large overlap between them anyhow
  • extend maximum eta range
  • lower pt requirements

In particular the last point adds a few unwanted events but the size increase is very modest (~O(few percent)) and the events are filtered out in post-processing later on. The changes have been validated on T&P n-tuples and are currently being validated on calibration n-tuples.
