ZDC CA synchronized with Tier0 version

These changes are meant to synchronize the official repo with various changes made during and since the 2023 run to operate the reconstruction on Tier0 (at /eos/atlas/atlascerngroupdisk/det-zdc/ZDC-Calibration-Transformations). Unfortunately, testing is a bit stuck while we wait for !69928 (merged), but I wanted to start this review assuming the other merge goes through quickly.
