sTGC raw data monitoring: fix problem with shifter occupancy plots

• Issue with shifter occupancy plots for pads, wires and strips (station eta vs sector), which looked exactly the same.
• The purpose of this MR is to fix this problem by assigning an unique group name for each channel, which makes these plots looks different as expected.
