ZDC reconstruction ART script, testing on ZDCCalib data

I am setting up some automated tests on the ZDC calibration streams to check for changes to the reconstruction, based on ZDCCalib (now) and ZDCLEDCalib (later) streams.

Even if the ART part is correct, I am still crashing out because there is an unwanted init file in ZdcMonitoring that was supposed to be removed in !69928 (merged), but I see now that it wasn't merged into 24.0 (I'll check with Yuhan).
