Nav conversion handle special chains

There is a few changes here:

• cleanup - removed old unused scripts
• test script generates now navigation graphs by default
• and last but not least, the first special case is handled, chains of this kind HLT_g45_tight_L1EM22VHI_xe45noL1
  • they are incorrectly parsed and show up as multiplicity 1 (fixed in converter)
  • the met object is missing for them
  • as consequence the run3 IIParticleRetrievalTool implementation fails to build combinations

All in all it is now validated by ignoring combinations making entirely.
