Restore unit tests for FPGATrackSim

This should restore the functionality of the unit tests. Split the test in two parts (based on what's available atm in cvmfs and the dependencies between individual tests), and increased the timeout for the more demanding part of it.

This is a temporary solution till all necessary-for-the-tests files are in cvmfs
