Fixing FPE in the sigmaWidth calculation

This MR fixes a FPE that was found in the UFO reconstruction by L1Calo experts. While in principle we do not run the UFO reconstruction at Tier-0, there are thoughts about moving this to the RAWtoALL step for trigger purposes, hence targeting 24.0 here instead of main, see also ATLJETMET-1711

The configuration of UFO jet reconstruction in RAWtoALL would be handled by a separte MR (first the CPU and memory usage would need to be carefully investigated).
