Large-R UFO jet reconstruction excluding leptons

Adding the configurations to run UFO reconstruction with either electrons, muons or both excluded based on the global particle flow links and the corresponding jet collections. @mhodgkin prepared already the necessary changes for PFlow in !69914 (merged).

These new large-R jet collections are not yet used for physics analyses so this MR is rather to faciliate further studies.
