Decorate truth particles with unique identifier to associated clusters.

Decorate truth particles with the index in the original truth particle container. This index serves as a unique identifier which is used to identifier the truth particles which contributed to a pixel or strip cluster.

This extra decoration is needed by the IDPVM InDetPhysValTruthDecoratorAlg for AODs with truth thinning enabled.
