Displaced Jet Trigger Incorrect InputMaker config

View Name implicitly configured following CA migration. The EDM was not updated with the new name, which has resulted in the LRT track container being empty. Explicitly configure the InputMaker in the trigger configuration, and set the proper name for the view.
