TrfTestsARTPlots: work around for PHYSLITE reference files content

This MR downgrades to use 4 threads in the test_trf_citest_phys_physlite_compare.sh ART test to work around the flawed logic in RunWorkflowTests_*.py and incomplete PHYSLITE reference files of the CI tests (ATLASG-2705)
