Draft: Change ART DigitizationTests memory requirement to be below 4 GB threshold

Changing the pileup digitization, memory intensive tests memory requirement to just below 4 GB. This should allow them to run, see the discussion in ATLINFR-5323. Drafted as it seems the issue has been fixed on the ART side, so let's wait to see if the jobs run tomorrow.
