Extension name of tracking passes

Change the extension of the ACTS-related tracking passes used in the validation workflows by moving Acts at the beginning. This will have an impact on the track collection names (pattern is {extensionName}Tracks or {extensionName}ResolvedTracks) that will then have Acts at the beginning, coherently with the naming convention we want to impose for Acts objects

Build area was cleaned as per request posted in the DB. The full software build will be performed
