TrfTestsARTPlots: switch off output comparison to avoid Intel vs. AMD float conflicts

This MR switches off the output comparison with the PHYSLITE reference files in the TrfTestsARTPlots package to avoid Intel vs. AMD CPU float variable differences in FTAG variables. The PHYSLITE references files have been produced on an AMD machine and that causes diff-root problems with some Intel CPU grid sites. Relates to ATLASG-2705.
