DecisionSummaryMakerAlg: skip final SuperRois from the check (ATR-29220)

In BPhysics we use superRoI (i.e. composite RoI) for bBmumux/bBmux topologies. TrigMultiTrkComboHypo alg also uses the same RoIs to build J/psi candidate from muon+track (see findMuTrkCandidatesbJpsimutrk() routine for bJpsimutrk topology).

No need to check difference between initial and final RoI in this case.
