Removing remnant legacy config from ContentHandler in the derivation framework
This removes some remnant lines of legacy config from the ContentHandler (which correctly formats entries to the ItemLists for the DAOD formats) in the derivation framwork and associated code. The relevant lines have been dead for some time due to EDM changes so this MR should have no effect on current workflows.
