Adds extensive README to MadGraphControl. Previously this was part of the twiki, we now prefer to maintain it together with the code.

Hi @hmildner. Is it possible to compress the png or perhaps make it svg? It's not ideal to have relatively large binary files in the repo.

Hi @jbeacham that's a fair point, I removed the picture for now, one can understand without, we'll see if we can find a way to add it as a vector graphic for the next update.
