Include jets without jets etsum. (gTEJWOJ) into the Athena simulation

This update imports the latest changes from the Csim into Athena for the etsum variable.

These changes gave perfect agreement in the Csim (standalone gFEX simulation) for the processor FPGA results for jets without jet hard, soft and weighted terms. In Athena we calculate the scalar TOB for the weighted term which has both the MET result and ETsum result. The MET Athena simulation result is in agreement for the scalar sum with the data for a few events.

The ETsum shows some small differences to the data when running the Athena monitoring, but the results are fairly close.
