Athena.examples migrate to CA

I think I have migrated everything, keeping the functionality as close to the original tests as I could make it.

There are things that I don't like here still, but I think they can be left to "stage 2" sometime later and just make the move to CA now to get rid of the old scripts here and in other packages.

Hi @maszyman - I have added a read/write script now and I wonder if I should change the tools added in the metaDataTools() function from Creator to something else?
