Replace LR jet contianer in jet trigger efficiency monitoring framework

Thanks to Paul's pending MR 70945, my LR jet container replacement will not be needed soon. Putting back previously in place jet container of AntiKt10UFOCSSKSoftDrop for large radius offline jets in the jet trigger efficiency monitoring algorithm,
