ACTS Pixel Spacepoint adjust cache spacepoint container filling

Benjamin Philip Kerridge requested to merge bkerridg/athena:bkerridg_acts_cache_pixspbugfix into main

Create a separate spIdx which is incremented for every inserted spacepoint. At end truncate the container to the number of inserted spacepoints. Also need to include the final idHash group in the cache.
