Restoring cluster info on SUSY20 derivations for InDetTrackParticles

As already mentioned in !69780 (merged) and in the DAOD coordination meeting where the SUSY20 derivation format was presented, as new SUSY analyses join the effort in R25, variables commented out in the first version of the format need to be restored. This MR restores cluster info associated to InDetTrackParticles for the ISR compressed staus analysis team. I'm labelling the MR as urgent because we'd like the changes to be integrated in main before the next release gets built.
