Draft: Implement both DNN ID and ID+CF

Adding new ID-only DNN selection, see https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASG-2652 and updating derivation contents.

To discuss:

  • dnn id tool changes
  • dnn wp naming
  • which variables to include in physlite

Other changes:

  • removing dnn sel tool option which is overwritten by the tool anyway (possibly more will have to check)
