CI: Check for duplicated components

Check for duplicated components. Note that this is still legacy-based as Gaudi does not seem to track duplicated components in GaudiConfig2. Eventually this should be fixed.

It will also fail as we do have a duplicate at the moment (I'll remove it in a separate MR to validate this test).
