B prime zero

This merge request brings the athena calculation of gTEJWOJ into line with the firmware as currently configured by the l1calo online software.

In high mu running we want the TE term to have only hard term and no contribution from the soft term.

This merge request affects 2 packages:

• Trigger/TrigT1/L1CaloFEX/L1CaloFEXByteStream
• Trigger/TrigT1/L1CaloFEX/L1CaloFEXSim

Affected files list will not be printed in this case
