Bugfix: the SQLite workflow is hereby adapted to a recent change in the SQLite database file.

The SQLite files from ~ 1 month ago had a problem in that alignable transforms were not properly stored for the muon system. This being fixed, the AThena side code has to change. There is no effect on any production workflow.
