adding alternative PTF trigger chain with lower preselection
Adding HLT_j200_0eta180_emergingPTF0p08dR1p2_a10sd_cssk_pf_jes_ftf_preselj160_L1jJ160 to the dev menu, which corresponds to a lower preselection version (preselj160) than what is currently on the Physics menu (preselj200), which is inefficient for Z'->emerging jets as well as Higgs to long lived signals being targeted.
