Add CP algorithm configuration for per object tau trigger scale factor
As the TrigGlobalEfficiencyAlg doesn't support taus (yet), in order to retrieve the tau trigger scale factor, a configuration for the TauEfficiencyCorrectionsAlg is added here, to decorate each tau object with the trigger SF. As several tau triggers might be used, the configuration is already set up to support this, with a loop over the trigger chains of interest.
