Apply position correction on top of geometrical centroid
The calibration was derived starting from the geometric centroid of the cluster -- this MR implements that part in the ACTS side.

The resolution generally look a little bit better, so this appears to work. E.g.
I propose we turn this on as default to start profiling & test more widely in ART.
