TriggerEDM: Remove AODCOMM target category and use of it

Following a trigger AODCOMM-labeled (containers for commissioning) EDM cleanup, the AODCOMM label is no longer used. This removes any use of AODCOMM label and category:

  • TriggerEDM.py: Removed AODCOMM label from AllowedOutputFormats and section of code that merged AODCOMM into AODFULL EDM.
  • checkFileTrigSize.py: Removed size calculations and output for AODCOMM category.
