TRT: fix mistakes in the regular expressions, which did not allow DQ post-processing of histograms belonging to single-digit endcap sectors

A mistake in the regular expressions did not allow to perform the DQ post-processing of histograms belonging to single-digit endcap sectors like

TRT/EndcapA/Sector8/hHitAMapC
TRT/EndcapC/Sector3/hHitAMapC
TRT/EndcapA/Sector7/unscaled_hHitAWonTMapS
...

because the paths of these histograms did not match our regular expressions. This MR updates the regular expressions fixing the issue. Tagging @cgrefe.
